These Terms govern the sale, by PrimeScale LLC (the "Seller"), of verified digital accounts and assets (pages, profiles, Business Managers) to any person placing an order (the "Client"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
The Seller offers verified, established digital assets, delivered with their access credentials. Each pack's characteristics are described on the site and confirmed before purchase via Telegram.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), excluding any applicable taxes. The Seller may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of the order.
Orders are placed directly via Telegram. An order is firm once the pack is confirmed and payment is made.
Payment methods are communicated to the Client at the time of the order on Telegram. The order is processed after payment is received.
Access is delivered digitally via Telegram, generally within a few minutes after payment confirmation, subject to availability.
The Seller guarantees the replacement of an asset (page, profile or Business Manager) that becomes unusable within one (1) hour of its delivery. After that one-hour window, the guarantee no longer applies. The guarantee does not cover non-compliant use by the Client.
As the products are digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the Client expressly waives any right of withdrawal once delivery has been made.
The Client is solely responsible for how they use the delivered assets and for complying with the terms of service of the relevant third-party platforms. The Seller's liability shall not exceed the amount of the order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts, failing prior amicable resolution.
